This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Nusen.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in workmanship during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Nusen will repair or replace products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Nusen will either repair or replace the Product, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Nusen is one (1) year from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or one (1) year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What are the limitations of this limited warranty?

The warranty can only be used by original purchasers and for products sold by Nusen or its authorized resellers. The warranty doesn’t extend to re-sold or second-hand products.

All of the products, parts, and components must have been authentic Nusen items used according to Nusen’s assembly and handling instructions. Any misuse, mishandling or modification of the products, parts, and components void the warranty. The assembly and handling instructions are provided in printed form with the purchased product or published on Nusen’s website.

What isn’t covered by this limited warranty?

● Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in workmanship
● Normal wear and tear
● Damage, scuffs, stains, markings, scratches of any surfaces that are a result of sharp objects, imprinting from writing or marking, exposure to heat and cold, exposure to direct sunlight, or are a result of residue of other object or material
● Any damage or change of original appearance that is a result of improper storage or environmental condition such as heat, cold, high or low moisture and or sunlight.
● Color, finish or grain matching

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact Nusen at lara@nusen.co to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You need to contact us within the warranty period, provide us with the invoice of your purchased Nusen product and high-quality photographs from multiple angles.
